Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Eruptions On Face

From last weeks pimple like formation is erupting on the left side of my face.its growing really big ,after compressing with Luke warm water and detol ,its burst out with blood ,watery fluid and white semi solid matter.yesterday I was doing the compression,bandaged it and applied undiluted dettol.today morning I found the same after the boil burst and the dettol was left a dark brown scar.
1.please help me with this boils
2 how to remove the scar.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that you have sever acne eruptions on face and seems to be due to bacterial infection while other causes can be clogged pores, inflammation, oily skin, hormonal imbalances etc..
I would suggest you to start applying ointments containing Benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin over the pimples..
You can apply Adapelene gel at night..
Wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can do cool compresses over the face..
In case of no resolution you can consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you oral antibiotics and retinoids..
For scars you can apply silicone gels ad patches over the face..
If there are dark pigmentations Kojic acid and glycolic acid containing creams will help..
