Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
About a month ago i found a cluster of 4 like pimple bumps filled with clear fluid in them...I popped them immediately they itched and burned. It took about 3 weeks to go away. I used Neosporin and kept it covered. Now I have the same cluster like bumps near my elbow... Any ideas on what this could be?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples like bumps on elbow which seems to be due to bacterial infection of hair follicles leading to folliculitis. It could be due to clogging of skin pores with bacteria and sebum. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain hygiene of area and apply antibacterial ointment on that. Avoid touching or pricking it with any sharp object. You should take proper oral antibiotic course. You should consult dermatologist if symptoms keeps on persisting and start treatment after proper prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
