Suggest Treatment For Pilonidal Cyst

I am 28. I have a pilonidal cyst. It was lanced and then marsupialised when I was about 21. I have had flare ups since. I started a new job that is a lot of sitting and am in a lot of pain. It is swollen, but it is not like the big purple egg shaped bump it was when I was diagnosed. I tried buying a coccyx cushion, but I think it needs to heal before it works. I cannot sit up or even lay on my back in bed. I cannot afford to go to the emergency room.

Hi,

Maintain adequate hygiene closely observe for infection unless abscess is noted you have to go to the ER. A few reported good results by doing optimising energy workshops online, but not proved otherwise yet.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
