Suggest Treatment For Piles

hello dr. i am suffering from piles for more than six month i feel that there is a swelling on anus so some times it is very dificult to pass on stool easily i need your consultancy what action should be taken at the moment n which type of treatment will be recomended

- Anti histaminic tablet for itching
- Xylocaine type jelly for local soothing action
- Surgery in some cases
