Suggest Treatment For Piles

my boyfriend says that he has piles, stomach cramps, blood in his poo, and that sometimes when the poo isnt completley runny he has to get the poo out using his hands. we have a drs appointment booked for tomorrow. but he is worried that they will just dismiss it as piles, even though he has tried the creams etc

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hemorrhoid then surgery is must, and it can not be dismiss as it is being thinking, condition can be managed conservatively also but it may not give satisfactory result, beside the hemorrhoid it could be anal fissure or it may be just inflammatory condition it is all depends upon the clinical examination for confirmation. hope this information helps.
