The most common complication after 1 week:recurrence of hemorrhoids, severe pain, stenosis, rarely fissure, bleeding, skin tag, thrombosis, papillary hypertrophy, fecal urency, staples problems, gas flatus and fecal incontinence , intramural abscess, partial dehiscence, mucosal septum and intussusception.
