please help. i need answers.
for a while i have suffered internal piles. i bleed when i open bowels. recently i have been very constipated to the point of impaction. my stomoch hurts with ongoing cramps. im bleeding heavely from my anus but also im having a sharp pain in my belly button it also smells and is itchy and moist. i dont know if the constipation and belly botton are connected?? ive been feeling very tired and having hot flushes and feel like im burning all over. i have the feeling of needing to open my bowels very intensly but even though i am using laxitives i cant go. the need to push is overwhelming but nothing but blood comes out. please help !!!
