Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation In Legs

pigmentation on legs hello im 20 years-old, bmi: 19. recently i have been using sunbeds and a few weeks ago i noticed that my legs have gone patchy with darker areas where it seems some areas have tanned more than others. But it has happened nowhere else on my body and im not sensitive to the sun or UV usually. i have tried exfoliating to make it go away but it is not. what is it? and whats the best treatment?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin.
My treatment advice is –

1. Avoid sun-exposure and use a good sun-screen with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 30days .
4. Other treatment options are oral isotretinoin, topical hydroquinone and chemical peeling done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr.Harshit Bhachech.
