Suggest Treatment For Pharyngitis As V Pen Didn't Work

Hi, should I go to see doctor again? I got antibacterials (V-Pen 1500 2x10) for pharyngitis but it doesnt seem to work, its 4th day already i've been taking these pills. Could it be mononucleosis? What should I do? Its really hard to eat or drink anything.

drug of choice for ur infection is AUGMENTIN.
pls use this medicine for a period of 5 days completely and don't miss in the middle.
Tab AUGMENTIN 625mg twice daily for 5days.
Tab SINAREST twice daily for 5 days.
Salt water gargling thrice daily for 5 days.
Drink plenty of water
