Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting And Loss Of Weight
Hi, my mate has been vomiting everyday. He has lost alot of weight. Went to the hospital a week ago and they did blood tests and checked him, results was clear and they sent him home. I have seen him vomit for no apparent reason and he has lost so much weight. Dont know what to do? He has appointment at hospital on Wednesday shall he just wait?

Well come to HCM
This could be due to Hyperacidity and this can be best treated with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" once in day with "Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day this would controlled the symptoms, if this fails to work then further investigation may be needed, take care, have a nice day. ( Some time functional condition may be the reason )
