Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vertigo

Yes. My son is 38 years old and physically healthy He is suffering from vertigo since yesterday that came on suddenly while he was seated as his computer at work. He is still suffering from vertigo today and did not go to work. He takes requip for restless leg syndrome and two medications for depression that he has taken for years. The requip he has taken for years as well. Nothing else is different. No new meds, foods, activities, nothing. What do you think?
