Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vaginal Bleeding

Goodmorning ...since i had a child 2years ago after giving birth i had the implant putting in ..but i never stop bleeding i had my periods a year i went to the clinic they just give me the birth control tablets that never help i lost a lot of wieght decided to take it out in december nd went on the 6month injection i stop bleeding heavy for two months ...im not sure if its normal but im always tired nd feeling light headed ..is it normal or what should i do ?

in my opinion do complete blood count to know your haemoglobin.Do blood sugar.Do sonography.visit your gynecologist.let us know all the reports.in your case it can be due to implant,injections,hormonal imbalance etc.thanks.
