Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vaginal Bleeding

I have been bleeding for over a month now and it s starting to get worse. At first it was just an odor and then a month ago I started spotting and ever since then it s gotten worse and I have been bleeding ever since. I went to planned parenthood and got tested for chlamydia and gonnorhea which I don t think I have because the guy I had sex with we used condoms and he doesn t have any symptoms. I m really annoyed because the smell is causing me to be self conscious and and it s preventing me from having sex which is starting to put a strain on my relationship. I read that it may be a tampon stuck up there but that s highly unlikely because I barely use tampons. Also I read that it could be be but I figured it should ve gone away by now. Can someone please help this is ruining my life and I m so embarrassed.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You probably have a vaginal infection which might not necessarily be a sexually transmitted infection, The best thing todo is to see an OBGYN for comprehensive review and evaluation. This will allow for diagnosis and treatment.

I wish you well.
