Suggest Treatment For Persistent Scabies

Hi, I was diagnosed scabies 3 weeks ago and started treatment straight away, however the spots cover about 70 to 80% of my body. I have already completed the treatment with permetherin cream as prescribed by the doctor alongside with the fexofenadin tablets (1 a day). I do still feel itchy and the spots are still red. How do i know if the treatment worked? And also, it if it did, how can I remove the scars? Thank you in advance!
