I finally have h im this summer and I want to deal with this once and for all. He is a good looking boy and am afraid he will be embarrassed when it come to girls ect. I want to help him...what would be the best doctor to see to determine his condition and how to treat it?
I carefully read your details and i understood your point of concern.
persistant mouth sore can occur mainly in following conditions like-- 1.constant trauma from sharp teeth 2.Carcinogenic condition
But in carcinoma pain is unusual. so i think you should go to a dentist first if there is no problem regarding teeth, then do a biopsy from the affected area and proceed according to result. I think it will help u.
