Suggest Treatment For Persistent Mouth Sores

my 15 year old son has had mouth sores since he was about 9 years old. He is always in pain and as soon as one disappears another reappears. I finally have h im this summer and I want to deal with this once and for all. He is a good looking boy and am afraid he will be embarrassed when it come to girls ect. I want to help him...what would be the best doctor to see to determine his condition and how to treat it?

I carefully read your details and i understood your point of concern.

persistant mouth sore can occur mainly in following conditions like--
1.constant trauma from sharp teeth
2.Carcinogenic condition

But in carcinoma pain is unusual.
so i think you should go to a dentist first if there is no problem regarding teeth, then do a biopsy from the affected area and proceed according to result.
