Suggest Treatment For Persistent Heavy Vaginal Bleeding

I don t know if you can even help but I m desperate. My name is Lilli, I m 22 and I have been having this issue for 2 years. The first year they would be a couple month then they progressively got longer. Now they don t stop unless by force. I have had one injection of progesterone that made me normal for 2 months but the periods were horrible. Then I did a pill form of progesterone that worked only for that one month but again it was horrible excessive bleeding. Then I had a hystroscopy/D&C to remove the lining but that didn t help. My doctors have given up and I ve been put on birth control to regulate my hormones but im still constantly bleeding. I need help we have been trying for 3 years to have children.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the uterine bleeding and not in control or not stopped yet even after the hormone medicine given then it need to be ruled out for some systemic disease and Platelet disorder could be the cause and it need to be ruled out hope this information helps.
