Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches

I have had headaches for the past two weeks. The affected area is the back of my head from ear to ear. I m plenty hydrated, I drink a gallon of water per day. I have tried caffeine and ibuprophen and those are no longer working. No injury to my head or neck. No fevers or other symptoms. What is my next step?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Headache since two week is not normal

Following causes should be ruled out...
_high blood pressure
_Otological causes like ear infection
_anemia
_hypoglycemia, lack of sleep, stress, anxiety, smoking

Through careful history above causes needs to be ruled out

Blood pressure should be checked first

If hypertension present than antihypertensive medication needed
