Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headache And Neck Pain

I have had a headache for about a month. Recently, i also have developed neck pain. The pain is worse in the morning, right after awakening but continues on a lesser scale throughout the day. This is new to me and I am in my 80s. Any explanation or advise? Cjviking@ comcast.net
