Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea And Abdominal Cramps

I have had diarrhea for 3 days now, Imodium does not help. I get cramps upper and lower abdomen and then have to quickly find a bathroom. I know that on Sunday, I ate some cheese that after tasting it, it tasted like it was spoiled. No real nausea. What is wrong do you think? Thanks.
