Hello,

A high eosinophil is suggestive of acute allergic inflammation, parasites infestation, skin eczema or psoriasis-like condition etcetera. According to cause specific treatment given. You have been prescribed antiallergic medication as well. For your work up the following study can be done.
-Auscultation
-Peripheral smear examination
-Chest x-ray
-Pulmonary function test
-Stool routine micro examination etcetera. Consult a physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
