Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chills, Dizziness And Fatigue

Hello, I recently started feeling extremely fatigued, chills, lightheaded and sore muscles in my neck and lower back. My stomach is also upset and haven t been able to eat much in the last day. I work on roofs and am wondering if I might have heat exhaustion. Thoughts?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that heat exhaustion may contribute to your symptoms since you are exposed for long periods of time though this is not usually associated with muscle aches and pains or chills

Heat exhaustion can cause lightheaded sensation and fatigue but not the additional symptoms.
Based on what you are describing, you may have an early viral illness or other infection

This would cause all of the symptoms mentioned. At this stage, you would mainly use rest, paracetamol and fluids.

I hope this helps
