Hello,

You may be suffering from cervical spondylosis with lumbar spondylosis with lumbar muscle spasm. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use cold and warm compression, use NSAIDs if you have pain.

If symptoms do not improve get it done MRI spine then consult your physician/neurosurgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
