General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Acne vulgaris develops due to clogging of duct draining sebaceous glands.since staphylococcus is positive on culture I would advise you to take Amoxyclav. In my opinion you should wash your face with antiseptic soap or face wash and keep it clean and moisturised.

You should watch your diet, avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration. Continue using zitcare kit. If you can upload me a photograph I will be able to tell you more accurately.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question and I will gladly answer you.

Best wishes,
Dr. B R Hudda
