Suggest Treatment For Permanent Removal Of Stitch Marks On Face

Hello dr.
This is falak
I have a switch mark on my right chick after had an accident when I was 5 years old.
now I am 26 the scar probably lighter than before. But u want to remove it permanently.
Please advice good cream or ointments for that. Thanks

As per your complain one thing I would like to tell you is that complete removal of scar with topical treatment is a bit difficult and there is a possibility to only Lighten up the scars..
You can apply constant pressure with Silicone pads over the scars..
Massage over the scars and it will help in breaking up the fibres and lighten the scars..
Applying retinoids containing creams like Adapelene gel can help..
You can also exfoliate your skin every alternate day with a gentle scrub..
You can wash your face with salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can also go for treatments like Z-Plasty, Microdermabrasion and microneedling..
Fractional CO2 lazers and lazer ablation can help..
