Suggest Treatment For Periodontal Abscess

hi my name is nia i have a periodontal abscess in the back of my mouth ive had it for about 6months i kept going to a dentist and i told her that i wanted the tooth pulled because i kept having a tooth ache but when she was trying to numnb my mouth the medicine made my mouth hurt like crazy so i hollered in paine so she then stoped and since that day i had the gumboil but it poped three days ago and it was draining dark yello now its dark brown also its making me feel horiable nauseas and vomiting what shoul i do?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got a pus draining abscess that has formed a sinus opening leading to pus discharge..
In case if you also have toothache and the tooth is decayed then it is probably a tooth abscess or a dental abscess..

I would therefore suggest you to consult an Endodontist and get evaluated and get an x ray of the tooth done..

In case if there is tooth decay then either root canal treatment or extraction of tooth depending upon condition of the tooth will help..

In case if there is deep gum infection and tooth is healthy then deep scaling and currettage followed by antibiotics and painkillers along with gum paint application will relieve..

As of now you can take painkillers like Ibuprofen to relieve pain..
