Suggest Treatment For Penile Fordyce S Spots
I have penile fordyce spots, and a great many have become inflamed. I ve tried anti-sebum cream and anti-fungal cream, I don t know what to do. They are enlarged and essentially hurt because very irritable. Two have now turned into dark almost moles, but how do I bring down the swelling of the others and not have them scar like that? What do I do?

I appreciate your concern, what the lesion you have could be wart so it not responding to any treatment you tried, if it is the warts then surgery is the option you have in differential diagnosis if it is the sebaceous cyst then also you have to go for surgery, in either of that cases you will have to see the urosurgeon till then stop applying any thing hope this information helps.
