Suggest treatment for pelvic inflammatory disease

my is Treza from Kenya.A transabdominal and transvaginal scan were done today and i was told my uterus is slightly tender and hypoechoeic and there is fluid within the uterine cavity,the conclusion was i have PID is there any chance for me to get pregnant coz i have two miscarriage within one year.kindly help me

Hi,

For this condition of yours, I would suggest you to have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline 200 mg for 14 days, tablet Metronidazole 400 mg for 14 days and tablet Itraconazole 200 mg for 4 weeks.
