Looking to the history there might be having severe urinary tract infection giving all these symptoms.
Go for routine and microscopic urine check up.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine course.
Meanwhile take Meftal spas or Cyclopam to get relief from pain.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
