Hi,

I can understand your concern for peeling skin on fingers and on feet. This condition is known as keratolysis and is quite commonly seen in changing weather condition as well as due to one self’s own tendency to peel off the skin.
I generally suggest my patients to do compression in warm water along with application of an emollient cream regularly to avoid the peeling. A tablet containing multivitamin can be taken daily to have good protection of the skin. If despite using the therapy there are more eruptions then it is better to get analyzed by a dermatologist.
All the best.
