Suggest Treatment For Patchy Throat

Hi, I have patchy throat since last two weeks, in the mean time I have shown this to three ENT specialist, and to my horror all three of them are telling me different things. One of them prescribed some anti allergens, the second one prescribed for tonsilitis and the third one for reflux. As of now I feel slightly better but the patchiness is still there. I have no symptoms of fever or any body ache nor throat pain or any other thing. Can you please recommend what needs to be done next. Do you recommend a CT scan to get a clear idea if there is more than these ENT s diagnosis.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of no complaints of throat pain or fever. There is just a presence of patchy throat that you must have noticed in the throat through routine self examination in the throat.

I would advise you to stop all the medications after the last course is finished and to go for wait and watch and wait practice.
In the meantime avoid all the allergens, goods and beverages that can cause problems.
CT scan will not show anything.
This may be self limiting pharyngitis.
