Hello, Thank you for your query. It seems that you may have either a ear infection or a blocked ear doe to inflammation from the recent cold. I recommend : -an ENT opinion - warm saline gargles -protect your ears from cold, strong winds. -gargle with soluble aspirin and spit out the water. Do not swallow it. -avoid using an ear bud or any other instrument in your ear. -don t blow your nose too hard. Blow gently, one nostril at a time. This to avoid increased pressure in the ear. It takes the ear a lot get time to heal than the throat as it is a closed space. However, I urge you to consult an ENT specialist to rule out eardrum damage and infection.
