Suggest Treatment For Partial Deafness In One Ear

I am 20 years old, 5 10 150 pounds, which all of this is irrelevant to my case. I got jumped up north, and my head was assaulted. I was fine minus the bruising obviously, but I have recently gone roughly 85-95% deaf in my left ear. As of just a few hours ago, it has started leaking fluid and has lost even more hearing. I don t know if this is permanent. I have medicare part A, B, and D and cannot afford to pay the 20% that medicare does not cover. What can I do, and where can I go to find treatment, and find out if this will be permanent?
