Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I can understand the distress that you must be having due to your current situation. Panic disorder is condition which can be managed well with adequate treatment. I would suggest that you seek a psychiatric consultation and initiate treatment for the same.

Medications like paroxetine or sertraline are safe and effective medicines for controlling panic attacks. It will help you reduce anxiety, fear, and bring back your self confidence. In addition, you can also start exercising daily which will help you relax.

I do hope that I was able to answer your query. Best wishes.
