Suggest Treatment For Palpitation And Tremors

Hi, I am 26y, male, no past history of illness, since 2 years I begin to suffer from tremors in my hand , rarely in my face and other places in my body , when I lift heavy object, the tremors markedly increase . my resting heart rate 90-100 , my blood pressure 130/90 , my CBC,thyroid function, echo, exercise ECG were normals .
I need treatment for disturbing palpitation and tremors .

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear Sir,

Your cardiac examinations were normal. So your complains can be connected either some neurological problem or anxiety. So I would advise you to see a neurologist and if everything is normal then a psychiatrist.

Hope I could help you

Wish you good health
