Suggest Treatment For Palpitation After Morning Walk

I daily go for morning walk. after 200 metres walk I feel my heart sinking and it is difficult for me to walk more. Then I have to take rest for 5 or 10 minutes . Then I again start walking. After walking about 1km I again feel my heart is sing but not so svere as in begining. I continue walking and I walk in this situiation for 3-4 kms. It is daily routine

Thanks for contacting HCM. dear patient you need to get evaluated for cardiac conditions. I would suggest following investigations- BP checkup, E.C.G.,TMT Test, cardiac colour doppler. Depending upon the results of these tests you may need coronary angiography to find out whether you have blocked coronary arteries with collaterals or microvascular angina. Then only the correct treatment modality be decided. Regards
