Suggest Treatment For Palindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis
I have an initial diagnosis of atypically presented palindromic rheumatoid arthritis. My dad has PRA, but his attacks don't last as long as mine do. I'm looking for information about the likely course of the disease long term and ways I can try to minimise attacks and their severity in addition to medication.

sometimes palindromic rheumatism stays just as it is i.e intermittent arthritis, however in others it may progress to full fledged rheumatoid arthritis.
there are various prognostic factors like RF , anti ccp positivity.
high inflammatory markers like esr and crp.
as far as medication is concerned hydroxychloroquine works quite well.
however in others methotrexate may also be required.
a healthy lifestyle and exercise helps ofcourse.
