General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms suggestive of acute urethritis like urinary tract infection. I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination for primary work up.

You can revert back with reports to guide you further. Meanwhile, I suggest you take more fruit juice and more water. The antibiotic course also can be started.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
