Hi, I am suffering from urinal problem from last few years and it is intermittent. Pain and irritation at the urinal region happens during urination due to a kind of infection. I have tried with so many specialist and medicines, it cures after taking the medicines but reveals again after a period of time. Please advice some medicines or some contacts of Gyno specialist in Bangalore whom I can consult for complete cure.

Hello,

You have to investigate further with ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.

The urine culture report also should be done and antibiotic given accordingly.

The urinary tract stone also can lead to frequent urinary tract infection. You have to rule out diabetes as well by random blood sugar estimation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
