Suggest Treatment For Painful Urination

I am a 37 year old female and I have been battling UTIs for almost a year now. Lately I have been to the urologist five or six time they have done three CT scans and say there is nothing wrong. Yet it stil hurts and stings everytime I pee. They say there is no infection but i havr pain in my groin area and inner and hip. I am so frustrated and I am still hurting when I urinate Please any answers would help ease my mind Thanks.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is due to stone in urethra or urinary tract that associated with UTI.
Other causes may be UTI, Contact dermatitis, cystitis, nerve pain.
Consult the urologist and get the following tests:
Urine : routine, microscopic and culture
Abdominal USG
IVP study
Blood: urea, cratinine, CBC, ESR

Take following advice
Complete your full treatment of UTI
Tablet cetrizine
Urine alkali agent like potassium citrate
Drink plenty of fluids minimum 8 glass of watres
Use liquid based lotion that contain minerals and vitamins
Wash vagina with warm water 3-4 times a day
Wear loose pure cotton under garments
Tablet tramadol
Eat fruits like papya, orange, cranberry and pine apple
