Suggest Treatment For Painful Stiff Neck With Normal CT Scan

I was at my daughter softball game, keeping the book. When I looked down to write in it I heard a pop in my neck, base of skull, and I got light headed and neck completely stiffened up. My right eye got blurry a well a a bad headache. I took a muscle relaxer about two hr after it happened and fell asleep. When I woke and hr later I couldn t take the pain, nor could I move neck at all. So went to emergency room . They gave me a cat scan and checked for aneurysm, nice they run in my family, they didn t see anything abnormal, so they did a spinal tap. Gave me medications then sent me home, all said there was no blood in spinal fluid. But it s been two days now and I have all the same symptoms. The pain in my neck hasnt gotten any better, and everytime i stand up or walk or even put load of laundry in, my head feels pressure and it pounds and I get dizzy. My back is still tender from the spinal tap a well. What is going on with me, I m worried!
