These lesions can be treated by taking the following measures: 1. Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine thrice daily. 2. After drying, apply Neomycin in combination with Hydrocortisone cream. 3. Since you are stating that it is painful, along with it you need to take anti-inflammatory-analgesic medication like Ibuprofen. Maintain good genital hygiene.
