Suggest Treatment For Painful Sneezing And Blocked Nose

hi, i think I may have a deviated septum. I went to the health center today and the nurse said it might just be allergies. I have trouble breathing on my left side, it is blocked and swollen inside. Sometimes when I sneeze it is very painful and feels like the inside of my nose is going to explode.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, both allergy and deviated nasal septum (DNS) can cause obstruction, in allergy obstruction will be intermittent (only during episodes), where as in DNS obstruction will be continuous, long standing allergy can cause continuous nasal obstruction by forming polyp, my advice for you is to consult an Ent specialist for right diagnosis and proper treatment, since treatment is completely different for both condition, take care.
