General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I agree with your doctor that the symptoms can be related to a viral rash.

I suggest using Tylenol for the fever and pain every six hours.

I also suggest using Calamine lotion for local application.

The symptoms should improve in a few days.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
