Suggest Treatment For Painful Muscle Spasms In The Back

HI I was leaning back wards to stretch and I felt a big pop on the right side in back just below the ribs . I have pain their last few weeks . I move the wrong way it takes my breath away. I had lower back surgery in 2013. it felt like I broke some thing . Thanks Patrick

I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to muscle spasm, injury to spine.
I would suggest to consult orthopedic surgeon and undergo clinical examination, and X ray/MRI if needed
Specific treatment depend on cause
Following treatment will help you:
Tablet Etoricoxib + Thiocolchicoside, two times a day after meal
Tablet Pregabalin once a day at the bed time
Tablet Ranitidine twice daily before meal
Application of Diclofenac (Volini) gel twice daily
Warm pad application
Bck exercise according to physiotherapist will helpful
