Suggest Treatment For Painful Laceration And Bruise On Knee
Hi I fell with full weight onto my knee cap yesterday onto concrete. It hurt straight away and is still hurting I have a cut and bruise on knee but my knee has been clicking where cut is and is painful if moving loads or keeping bent loads. I have now got pins and needles in leg and foot

All you need is to stay calm and take rest. Wash your wound with normal saline daily. Use antibiotics from penicillin group along with pain killer like acetaminophen.
If it contain pus or start bleeding then go to ER.
