Suggest Treatment For Painful Knee With Swollen Foot And Ankle

Well, for starters I have been having an issue with my left knee for months. I can bend it but keeping it bent hurts in the left back, I can t squat down at all and if I try to straighten it, there is bad pain in that same area. It takes a great while before I can get it close to straight after having it bent. And now, my left foot started having pain as well a few days ago along with some swelling on the top of it with an elongated shape to it from toe to ankle. It hurts like there is a rubber band in there and every move I make with my foot or ankle is pulling the rubberband or loosening it and I can feel it getting tight and loose. I can feel it within my foot which hurts, and outside my foot with my hand. I am not sure what is going on but I m not sure what to do.

I really appreciate your concern, such knee condition could be due to arthritic changes and in such condition knee should not be bent in diffuse condition of the arthritis this may cause the pain in different joints too, and this can be well managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" to confirm this you need to get done some test, ( You have not mentioned your age and gender else something specific advised) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
