Suggest Treatment For Painful Inner Upper Arms And Wrist

My skin is sensitive/aches/hurts. Location is my inner upper arms, side of my wrist, behind/above my heal in the sensitive area. This can last anywhere from hours to days. It comes and goes and I have had it for years but the area infected has grown and the length of time has increased. Thank you, jen
