Hi
i have read your question i can understand your concern
if such a case comes to me in my clinic i would advise him following
1.Avoid constipation by using liquid paraffin 20 ml at bed time
2. Tab acetaminophen for pain relief
3. Local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine to be applied locally
4. Tab pantoprazole to avoid hyperacidity
5. Have plenty of fluids and dietary fiber like fresh fruits in diet.

Hope this helps you
