Suggest Treatment For Painful Hemorrhoid
My rectum hurts like it has a shard of glass in it and bleeds. I can not see what it looks like. I have been using preparation Hey and tucks.pads treating it as a hemroid. Today I thought I felt a scape and then pulled away either the hemroid tissue or a very dried out clot. Help! What should I do. What does this sound like?

You should consider permanent sollution by surgical treatment. Till tis, you need to soften your stool by proper diet, and increased fluids inake, also use sitz baths and mild steroid ointents for pain and if bleeding progresses you should go to ER.
