Suggest Treatment For Painful Grade 2 Piles
hi I have external grade 2 piles and doctor has suggested me to take crema diet powder everyday. Now I have issues while going to shit. It pains and I have to go atleast four times to complete it. Is there any solution for it as I am working and its not possible every time for me to get up from my seat and go to wash room

Hi,
start using high fibre diet .
you can consider an ointment called ano bliss twice a day .
You need to put that ointment tip into your anus ,press and rotate around so that the ointment is applied all over.
And never strain because it will aggrevate the symptoms.
Even after the above measures still its hurting or bleeding per rectum is seen ,then immediately you can consult your doctor for further mamagement .
